It's my first time to bake dinner rolls and sausage bread. Before having my bread machine, I couldnot bake those kinds of breads because.. I think people who kneaded dough without a bread machine can guess easily.
A sausage bread in Korea usually has that shape. I was wondering how bakers make that shape when I was in Korea but I can do that, NOW! :D
There is no korean bakery in my village so I HAVE TO bake breads when I want to eat those particular things. A saying crossed my mind; necessity is the momther of invention.
