Stir-fried beef with vegetables.

A tasty of soy sauce, white sugar, garlic infuses thin-cut sirloin beef with onions, paprikas, carrots and green pumpkins.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2Tablespoons Cooking wine
  • 1 Tablespoon White sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Crushed garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
  • suitable amounts of julienne carrots
  • 1/4 green pumpkin, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 onion, cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 Paprika, cut into thin slices
To marinate beef
  • 1/2 Tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 4Tablespoons Red wine


In a medium bowl, mix red wine and seasoned salt. Place meats in this bowl and cover with this mixture, sprinkle thyme leaves, and seal. Refrigerate for 15 minuates. Red wine and thyme leaves get rid of a gamey odor and make meets tender.



In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, crushed garlic, cooking wine, sesame oil and oyster sauce.


Prepare each vegetable as directed.


Put small amount of olive oil into a saucepan over a high heat, stir-fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes, add beef and the marinade, continue stirring for another minute.


Enjoy tender beef with well-seasoned vegetables :D
