Croquette

I made croquette in the morning and this is right before jumping  into hot oil. It's not that hard to prepare but my kitchen was kinda messy.



I don't wanna brag but it's delicious : )

I used 4 potatoes so I didn't think we would finish it at once but we made it!

I think it's easy to cook and good for not only your meal but also a side dish with beer. I've left my kitchen for 4months since my semester started but I come back :) But it would not last-
